Paul Ferraiolo, 48, a longtime automotive product planner who has a reputation for tenaciously defending his vehicles, has been appointed president of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America.
"He takes charge of our largest marketplace at an exciting time for Rolls-Royce, with record sales and an expanding product portfolio," said Ian Robertson, chairman and chief executive of Rolls-Royce.
Ferraiolo replaces Peter Miles, who will become vice president of the central region for affiliate BMW of North America. Ferraiolo joined Rolls-Royce in 2004 as product marketing manager and then became global head of marketing in Goodwood, England. He was the longtime North American product planner for Land Rover.
