New Car Review : Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder

New Car Review : Mitsubishi Eclipse SpyderWell, you could call it the spiderman of the roads- zipping here, turning there, and zooming ahead of everyone else. The 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder is a treat for the eyes and for the road- a great package.

Like all cool sports cars, this low slung mean machine looks like it is just raring to go. The convertible turns into a closed coupe with just the push of a few buttons and levers. The mechanisms are equipped with noise deadeners, which make it possible to have normal conversation even with the top down. With the top up, it’s as compact and cozy as couch.
Well rounded and voluptuous looking, this car is all smooth curves with no sharp angles- making it look sleek and sexy as well. Its steeply raked windshield looks great and also performs the function of pushing all the air away when the top is down. The hi - definition tyres add to the entire look of the car and fit right into the picture.

Talking about the engine, the Eclipse Spyder comes with a choice between a four cylinder and a V6 engine. It also gives the buyer the choice to go automatic or remain manual.

Probably the one draw back is the weight of the car- it weighs almost 200 pounds more than a coupe. But this does not affect the handle in any way and the car runs like butter on hot toast.

So we would definitely give a thumbs up for this hot stunner. After all, how many cars make you feel like a super hero? ()
