Special Tuner: H&R Ford Edge

Special Tuner: H&R Ford Edge

Automotive News

First seen at the 2006 SEMA show, the H&R Ford Edge is now ready for prime time.

The so-called "Edge of the World" pulls performance components from several renowned sources, starting with H&R sport springs that lower the ride height by 2.0 inches to enhance handling. Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico 295/30R-22 tires are mounted on 22-inch Giotto three-piece wheels.

Exterior modifications begin with the Gemballa orange paint scheme, accented with Pearl Ghost graphics and a blacked-out hood. A panoramic Vista Roof is fitted, along with a Camtec composite front-bumper light pod with integrated wind splitter and Hella Celis LED headlamps.

The cabin is trimmed in Waimea Cliffstone leather with Mauna Loa Ash Mica accents.
