Nothelle Transforms Audi TT Into 520-HP "Porsche Killer"

Nothelle Transforms Audi TT Into 520-HP
Nothelle, specialist in tuning Audi and other Volkswagen Group vehicles, has completed one of the most extreme makeovers of the year: turning the Audi TT from what it calls "the underdog" to "a Porsche killer."

The big highlight of the transformation is the world premiere of the rebuilt turbo 3.2 V6, which is modified through twin-turbo technology and now gets up to 520 horsepower and 468 pound-feet of torque. The conversion is available for manual-transmission models and for TTs with the DSG transmission. The conversion includes a reinforced clutch and specially adapted gear transmission ratio. Nothelle also offers an increase in performance for the 2.0 TFSI up to 330 hp.

Nothelle has also rolled out a new aerodynamic kit for the TT that includes a three-piece front spoiler, side sills, a three-part rear spoiler and a roof spoiler for coupe models.

A sport suspension system lowers the TT by 0.9 inch. Elements include a coil-over suspension with integrated adjustable compression and rebound settings. The driver can pick among three different shock-absorbing levels, Nothelle said.

Nine-spoke 20-inch light alloy wheels round out the package. Four different surface finishes are available, including silver, white and black.
