Swedish design house Paulin has rolled out what it calls its "first ride," a sultry look at what the future might hold in five years, complete with scissor doors. The vehicle is dubbed the VR Concept, and Paulin said it heralds "the beginning of a lineup of future vehicles."
Paulin calls itself a "global design agency," and its credentials include creating design proposals for Hyundai, Kia, Tata and MG Rover, among others.
With the VR Concept, "the goal is to inspire and look into what the future might bring," it said on its Web site. The VR Concept is noteworthy for its "sculptured surfaces and clean graphics," but critics say it is somewhat derivative.
